If the lot is part of an old dam on farm land then perhaps 'subject to fill' may need some independent expert review to satisfy yourself that the land developer Celestino has done their job as per the standards. Most likely I will end up with McDonald Jones (single storey) or Wisdom. Working out with Wincrest (double storey) as well, but I didn't like their floor plans much. I have set aside next few weekends to visit various display homes. I am still enquiring with independent builder who had built my friend's house in Caddence.. It's bit of time consuming to deal with them but then you end up saving about 30% project builders' margin and you get to fix whatever you want w/o builder's mark-up.
