Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 09, 2015 1:37 pm Hey there,
I've been on this site for a while now and waiting to post about our first new build! We have a block of land in The Spires estate in Baldivis, which has now been titled. We signed up beginning of April this year. We are building with Blueprint "The Sanctuary" but we have made some modifications to the plan. Final plans are in the post, so I'll try adding pics when I get that! I'm just excited about this whole process and it fab having a forum like this to share advice and chat about things to do with the build. Have a great day! Are you having any cabinet work in WIR or just self and a rail? Are you considering a door to WC in ENS? Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 7Aug 11, 2015 1:26 pm me786 Nice design and selections! The Master Bed looks nice. Are you having any cabinet work in WIR or just self and a rail? Are you considering a door to WC in ENS? Thank you! Yes eventually will get it fit out just not getting builders to do it! I don't see the point in having 2 doors in en-suite and it doesn't bother us having it open, I'd rather the door on entry as its opposite the front window. Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 8Aug 11, 2015 1:48 pm We will also do the WIR cabinets later. Need to find a reasonable cabinet maker though.. Are you doing any cabinets to Minor Beds BIR or just standard S&R? Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 9Aug 11, 2015 2:04 pm S&R in bedrooms, but you can fit small drawers inside them, plus kids have chest of drawers also for clothing. Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 11Aug 11, 2015 2:40 pm kyle9600 i like the colour selection. Always preferred the darker look Thank you! Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 14Aug 11, 2015 5:06 pm Thank you, we are so excited to see it all come together also!! Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 15Aug 11, 2015 5:36 pm you're like me! I have mainly black and white throughout my whole house Its going to look so elegant! Cant wait to see your build progress Re: Blueprint build - Baldivis 16Aug 11, 2015 6:08 pm Thank you. I created this on the blueprint visualiser. It's similar to the front of ours except we will have a black pillar between garage and front door plus the side wall of the master was pulled out for our WIR so extra small window there too. This gives a good idea of the colours we chose externally though. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Your house should come in "as new" condition.
