Woohoo congrats to you M n T so exciting. Enjoy that super gorgeous home of yours.
Our big move planned for tomorrow and all the best for yours
Thank you everyone!!! Exciting times soon!!! Bring on 2pm
The house is looking good
How many metres from the pillars of your balcony to the footpath? Is this the standard 4metre set back?
5 metres Stay
Ah thanks, I was looking at our plans and 4 metres isnt a whole lot as we were planning on doing a path in front of the pillars but then we wouldnt really have much of a front landscape If only we had extra length on the block to push it back a bit

Yes we got them to move the house back a metre and a half to add our extension
it's so much easier having a small front less landscaping!!
The house looks amazing. We had similar issues with our build as our block isn`t deep enough so we had to go with 4m front setback so we can have 3m to the back. the up side is that it also mean less mowing or less expenditure for front landscape.
Congratulations on handover! Hope you're all moved in now, can't wait to see more photos. Good luck with post handover tasks!
Congrats on handover! That felt like it went by very fast
Omg I've missed so much! Congrats on handover emmz! Hope the move wasn't too painful πππͺ
Thanks all I've been a bit slow on the updates so here goes.
Moved last Saturday and found plumbing issues so all tradies were back @ ours last week
One more outstanding job to do because on handover I pointed out our oven required a kick board and SM rang to investigate and found the cabinet makers stuffed up. So they have to come back redo cabinet and install the correct oven.
Can't wait for that job to be over and done with!!!!
Public holiday I ended up getting sick so I was out of action all week but thank goodness my hubby and kids all helped and thank Christ my vocals still worked lol
Thursday A/C gets installed, we've done some quotes for our landscaping and electrical will be done in 2 weeks.
So glad our rental was done with Thursday, we spent more time there then here
Poor new house received no love for days.
So here's our progress so far, I can't wait for electrical so I can see our lights
Empty house
Site badly needs landscaping
Decking has a step but looking at getting deck pathway to finish it off
House progress now (still lots to do)
Our sheers are in
my cat being a loner lol
Ended up having to buy 5 stools for island bench but thank goodness focus furniture had a special
Well that's it for now, once I get my pretty lights then I'll update again
Wowsers I love your house. The front entrance is well furnished! We haven't even furnished any of our walls with painting yet!
You have a big yard so the landscape should look awesome!
Looks so good, Emmz!! Congratulations

Can't wait to see the landscaping to bring it all together
Wow, so much decorating in such a short time! Everything looks great!!
Thanks everyone. Still lots to do the yuck odds and ends to go, glad for the storage under stairs all our lighting and fans are hidden away out of sight. Hoping our smokey glass pendants blend well. Hubby worked his butt off on the weekend clearing out the garage. He's one happy man lol
Our most favourite upgrade to date is the porcher cygnet shower heads. Love it so much
