Someone in highgrove has been waiting 2 weeks so I have a feeling they have a bit to go through at the moment so looks like a bit more waiting but I am sure we will be on site soon enough Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1654Jun 27, 2017 1:42 pm Love your styling Emmz, so much done in such a short time. Getting settled in this house. We had some teething issues to begin with 'PLUMBING' only!!! But our super organised SM came to the rescue and made sure everything was fixed ASAP. No regrets using Metricon and we definitely love where we live Updates CCTV installed, A/C complete and our landscaping has begun. Surprisingly our front was almost levelled so in the end didn't need retaining walls We don't have an extravagant design like most people's on here, i decided to go with a more simplified project that's easy to maintain. Final day tomorrow and then our fronts complete. My apologies for night pics because our landscaper works late lol hoping to get day shots tomorrow This was our front stripped back Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ This is the progress now Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I'm still waiting for bricklayer so No letterbox yet So that's the unfinished progress because he ran out of light lol hope to bring final pics tomorrow Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1656Jul 22, 2017 10:44 pm You front landscaping is amazing Emmz... similar to what I would like but much more clever! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1657Jul 22, 2017 10:56 pm Bridgetwitch You front landscaping is amazing Emmz... similar to what I would like but much more clever! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Thanks Bridget. I was so indecisive when it come to the front. I was going to do a decking pathway but I love railway sleepers. The deck takes most of the front area space so in the end we went with railways and ended decking with steps instead. I'm glad I made that choice in the end I can't wait to see your ideas. Love peoples choices I just went wild and prayed it would look near decent afterwards lol Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1658Jul 23, 2017 11:05 am I'm loving the railway sleepers!!! I was just telling the other half how I would like to use these as a stepping path! It's looking really good Question how much was your CCTV and what issues did they have? I wish that we pre wired it prior handover because our sparky had access issues to one side of the house with no roof Apart from that no regrets love it and we can view from work System costed 1k but look out for the specials because they can drop to $700 We installed 2 cameras in garage as well lol Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1660Jul 23, 2017 11:17 am Emmz70 stayxtrue I'm loving the railway sleepers!!! But it's soo expensive so maybe I need to try and find someone to do it when we are at frame stage So you have 8 cameras?? Is that too many? Or you have 2 on each corner of the house?
