Ours was on the drawings, maybe you can check if yours are written somewhere? Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 462Sep 13, 2016 10:13 pm Passed by at the house tonight. All are locked! Can't sneak in anymore! However, its a good thing as what we have seen from outside, the gas cooktop and dishwasher are in! Looks like all taps are installed too! Yay! Looking through the laundry doors, we saw retractable rangehood for wip, rangehood for kitchen and something in big box which could be the oven! Some people said appliances won't be in until after PCI. Very pleasantly surprised! Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 463Sep 13, 2016 11:44 pm EPaul888 Passed by at the house tonight. All the little items are tick off such as fly screen, keys for doors, correct number of shelves for wardrobe and pantry... every little items counts. Looking forward to see more photos of completed house. viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624. Sorry my memory fails me do you have a PCI appointment yet? No such luck on drawings as it wasn't needed until they cut the block. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 465Sep 14, 2016 11:40 am Thanks shazaw and mim. That's my pantry. I will try to be there this afternoon while the electricians are there so I can go inside and take photos of the lights. So nervous to see my 20kg chandelier hanging on the stairwell void. The electrian assured me that aside from the additional noggins that the carpenter installed before, he will add more if necessary. Btw, I changed my stairwell chandelier for the 3rd and last time. Hahaha Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 473Sep 16, 2016 12:04 pm Wow 20kg thats one heavy light can't wait to see it. They said some classic ones ranges from 50-100 and needs special support to hang. Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 475Sep 16, 2016 3:36 pm I loves cooking with gas cooktops. Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 477Sep 18, 2016 11:23 pm Photos of lights please Btw with kdr the installation of appliances seems earlier. Probably as it's less likely to be stolen. Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 478Sep 19, 2016 3:03 pm Wow, everything is looking fantastic! Glad you took that photo of the vanity basin, I didn't even think of doing that! We just had our tile appointment and I couldn't even remember the carpet colour we chose! Did they install the wrong sink, or was it just that they sat it on top instead of cutting it in? Either way, it looks SO much better! Re: First Home Build - Sekisui Sydney - Luzia 479Sep 19, 2016 3:38 pm yvonneh Photos of lights please Btw with kdr the installation of appliances seems earlier. Tried to take photos but house was locked everywhere (which is good) hence can't get in to take photos...but I will find a way and post as soon as I have them That's good. I heard others dont have them installed until before handover but after PCI. We were so pleased.
