Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 31, 2015 8:20 pm Hello, I am new to the forum and to the whole building a new house ... Bit of background info - we have had extension plans drawn up and engineered and getting builders quotes ... Then we went to display homes and realised the cost of our extension was getting close to the costs of a new home ... So then the discussions began - should we spend extra and just rebuild meaning we could build a house better placed on our block, allowing a double garage and better backyard area. Plus everything would be brand new... So the adventure begins ... After any advice or home recommendations ... At the moment I am liking : Clarendon - Kentville 24, Hayward 22 and Killara 24 Coral Homes - Collum 24 and Stradbroke 29 McDonald Jones Homes - Havana Renwick Beechwood - Merlot 4 with Twist I guess does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? Also, does anyone know the prices of the Clarendon homes - I can't find it anywhere?
