Been reading a little through this forum on everyones experiences, i am in the early stages of building in Heritage Parc, secured lot 82 and will be building with MJH.
Got my walkthrough selections appointment confirmation this morning for August 25th so exciting.
Land registers in November so alot should be out of the way before we get ready to build.
Anyone else building in the area or have already built?

Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow…
