Re: Our Madison 39 by clarendon 44Sep 03, 2015 9:28 am Earth works start today! They hadn't started when we went to work and it is a bit rainy in brisbane today but I haven't had a call from the ss or csc so I'm still confident that the earth will move for us today! Re: Our Madison 39 by clarendon 47Sep 03, 2015 10:12 am Will keep my fingers crossed for you they have their big girl panties on and get to work! Site supervisor getting a call in the morning and poor landscaper been asked not to do his job as we don't look like we need one on the right but the left! Waiting to hear back from SS to confirm what earthworks and survey guy say on Monday. In some ways I hope I'm wrong, but it definitely needs sorting before piering and slab happen... Re: Our Madison 39 by clarendon 53Sep 05, 2015 11:58 am Retaining wall going in today! We didn't need it for the builder in the end but it will make our lives easier for landscaping afterwards. The max tolerance the builder accepts. I know they use qualified surveyors so they can't do incorrect amounts but I'm not sure I believe it. Very glad we have a pre-slab inspection booked in!
