I cant see the point of having more than one soil test. If you decide to get one done now you can then narrow down your site costs with a builder. Volume builders apparently like to organise their own soil test but it is built into their pricing. Your call. Volume builders will still most likely do their own test as often they don't like independent test results but it will give you a good indication of pricing during tender stage.
