Vertically cored once will be used in load bearing walls and others in normal walls. Apologies for dragging in to this unwanted discussion. We will be getting an inspector before the roof goes on anyways just to make sure everything is within Australian standards. Mon We are also using an inspection company but for all stages as we know nothing about anything lol. Apparently roofing is the area they pick up the most faults in and there's been a lot of changes to aussie standards recently, according to our brickies, who are awesome!
