It seems these builders are full steam Full of steam they may be, but left the gearbox in neutral ours has... no works to report this week, other then the builder painting the rest of the ridge capping mortar. Erin's very disappointed, shes seeing other houses move so quickly in our estate and we just seem to be freewheeling most of the time. I think shes most annoyed about the lack of communication from our new CLO - even just a weekly update at the end of the week with what has been done, or what is being scheduled in what timeframe..... we would rather know of the delays then be left in the dark.... we would most certainly be more understanding. hopefully a quick email to our CLO to make sure they throw the gearbox into drive and start driving this build. Re: Smart Homes - The Mentor (Roof Tiles On!) 88Jul 05, 2016 11:51 am I know it is really annoying. I find I know things have been done before my SS does. I don't hear anything at all from my CLO. I think Summit / Easystart use their SS for communication at this point. Either way I just want things done without delays. I can't fault them on that yet. But things are looking great for you guys Our Easystart Build in Annie's Landing https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81061&p=1478674#p1478674 Re: Smart Homes - The Mentor (Roof Tiles On!) 89Jul 09, 2016 7:53 pm Ceilings, cornice, windows and the rear sliding door were installed this week Loving the black frames Not quite locked out yet, front door and garage door haven't been installed yet. I forgot to take photos inside of the ceilings, I think Erin did so I'll post them later.
