Our site cut began on the 1st of July 2014.
In the HIA contract it has the following:
238 Days including the following estimates for delays:
-inclement weather and the effects of inclement weather 10days
-Weekends, public holidays, rostered days off and other foreseeable breaks in the continuity of the work 75days
-Other days that are reasonable having regard to the nature of the Building work 28 (Christmas) delays.
So 238 days from 1/7/14 is 24/2/14. So am i right to understand that from the 24th every week until handover they need to start paying $250 a week?
I have not received any requests for time extensions.
