Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 12, 2015 5:39 pm we are building the house at the moment. we have engaged the private inspector for a few stages. the inspect has done the one for the pre Slab pour. nothing serious has been found. I am just wondering which stage requires the private inspector to inspect most? whether Frame stage is an important stage to be inspected ? or i can just have the inspector to do the pre plaster stage? any advice please?
