Just before the handover the house was broken into and certain things were stolen. DFH replaced all of them. the only item yet to be fixed is the Alfresco door which needs to be replaced. and waiting on A&L. Im glad dfh was able to replace everything, It just delays settlement. How long did the build take all up? Did you have any issues with the build that you could give us a heads up on? We're you able to get some extra things done through the contractors? Sorry for all the questions, ours will be starting in august hopefully and very anxious to get things done smoothly. I had been visiting the site almost every day after 7.00 pm and made sure all the doors are closed. On more than 7 - 8 occasions I found different doors left open or not locked. Dennis is pretty good compared to other builders. You just need to find whats wrong and let them know. I did a all 4 stage inspection with Darbecca. and they were not able to find any major issues just bits and pieces.
