As the title suggests, we have decided to build the popular Glendale 38 Plantation design by Metricon on our newly registered block of land (450sqm) in Sydney's southwest. Our land registered in June 2015 so we are still awaiting for developer and council approval.

We have not made much changes to the standard floor plan but here is a list of some of our upgrades:
- 450mm eaves to ground and first floor
- semi cantilevered staircase with glass balustrades
- 2550mm ceiling to ground floor
- convert powder room to bathroom
- butlers pantry
-square set and full wall tiling to all bathrooms and ensuite
-additional robe in master bedroom
-increase first floor linen cupboard
-added wash basin to first floor WC
