Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 06, 2015 6:43 pm Me and my family are building our first home, we have chosen Simonds as our builder. So far it has been very stressful. We changed our block of land because there was a drop out the back and the slab was going to cost $40000. And that was just crazy. Anyways would love people's thoughts about our colours, in particular the kitchens No idea how to post pictures Re: Building with simonds in willowvale, qld 2Jul 06, 2015 7:55 pm Hi! Re: Building with simonds in willowvale, qld 9Aug 01, 2015 11:47 am Colours and plan all look good! I definitely prefer the chalky teak for your kitchen cabinets, another Queensland build has them in her house (Tribe7) and they look fab. And with those lovely blue splashback tiles I think the chalky teak is the way to go When do you think you'll be getting started?
