Good luck for you guys for the new build Regards Hi there, we got a fixed price house and land package so sites costs were all included so cant help with that. We have purchased in stage 1 and it has been delayed a little. Hasnt titled yet but my understanding is they are just waiting on council and should be titled very soon. Re: Lakeland Pakenham 15Aug 26, 2015 10:01 am Hi All Sales office mentioned that title will be Jan 16 for stage 11. This is last week so Stage 1 & 2 will be title in 2 weeks that's what i been told. not many big blocks for sale good blocks gone already. some corner blocks are available. stage 3 is in Feb 16. Stage 10 - Nov 15. Thats all for now and now looking for houses that fit in my land. Cheers Re: Lakeland Pakenham 16Aug 28, 2015 7:44 am clueless2009 Hi All Sales office mentioned that title will be Jan 16 for stage 11. Cheers Yes we have been told our stage 1 block will title in the next 2 weeks followed by settlement 14 days after. Our block is 400. So 12.5mt width and 32mt length. Perfect size for us, we dont need a big backyard plus with the ovals and walking tracks nearby we can get the kids out and about no worries. Exciting times ahead. All the best Re: Lakeland Pakenham 18Oct 13, 2015 12:32 pm Hi Linda Very good I was in the neighborhood 2 weeks ago. I peaked in to see the area for Stage 11. by the way good to see you starting and nice colors. Looks like you have selected the colorbond roofing. what is the reason to pick this over concrete tiles. if i may ask the question Im still not sure what to pick because the builder provide both for the same price. Do you have a site start date? Happy building regards Re: Lakeland Pakenham 19Oct 13, 2015 5:41 pm Thanks we havent gone with colorbond roofing haha just a dark concrete tiles we have colorbond where we are now and i find it noisy when the wind blows and it rains hard. Start date is later this week or early next week, will find out hopefully tomorrow Re: Lakeland Pakenham 20Oct 15, 2015 10:19 am Haha I thought it was colorbond roof, Just a question regarding the current place you live in does the roof has some sort of sarking and roof batts to minimise the noise? I like the rain noise but pretty sure dont like the wind blowing sound annoys me too. |
