I tried to stick to a budget similar to that but I failed So you will probably be closed to slab down Jan/Feb then? Re: FHBD - The Vista estate, Singleton (FINAL PLANS ORDERED) 68Nov 12, 2015 8:32 pm Prestart was cheaper that I thought it would be! haha its pretty easy to get carried away though In saying that, I did upgrade a lot before contracts and the carpet i'm upgrading direct with the supplier which is another $2500 Oh and I'm supplying all the tapware, basins, sink, trough, toilets and bath so no upgrade costs for these items! ETA for final plans and siteworks costings is mid next week so fingers crossed! I'm stuck on the colour for the glass splashback...what does everyone think? RED or BLACK?! Bear in mind there wont be any overhead cupboards and if I do eventually install some, they will be gloss white Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ My build with FHBD viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78344 Re: FHBD - The Vista estate, Singleton(PICS ADDED OF SELECTI 73Nov 16, 2015 8:58 pm BUILDING APPROVAL CAME THROUGH TODAY!!!
