Then I can repaint my feature wall! Hahaha what stage are you in? Did you get a titled lot or are you waiting on titles? (Sorry if you have already said, I'm being totally lazy!) Its a shame about your feature wall but im sure it will be much cheaper to do it after handover I've just done colours, windows and lighting and theyve sent off for the 6* rating. Settlement will be sometime this week and then prestart 1-2 weeks after that! Oh well, you live and learn lol My topic thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76249&start=20#p1316378 Re: FHBD - The Vista estate, Karnup WA (Colour & tiles selec 32Oct 15, 2015 7:23 pm Wow, what a busy month its been! Sent off signed bank contract and all my settlement forms today. Should be settling on the land and build together by the 22nd and PRESTART BOOKED FOR THE 28/10!!! I'm still hopeful of getting a slab for xmas but it will probably come down to how quick council approves plans etc. FHBD tell me they are getting slabs down within 3 weeks from the time it makes scheduling so fingers crossed! haha My build with FHBD viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78344 Re: FHBD - The Vista estate, Karnup WA (Colour & tiles selec 33Oct 15, 2015 8:53 pm Oh awesome! And Scheduling was only about 3-4 weeks, if that. Once that tap goes in the fun begins! Have loads of fun at prestart! I reckon that is one of the best parts! Especially choosing tiles!
