Good on you mate, I'm sure you'll have us poor folks in your thoughts as we continue to live the "dream" of handover! Meanwhile a question for you: did M recess your gas water heater? I've been told by SM they don't do that hence mine sticking out like a sore thumb! Build thread: http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78995 Hey NR Our gas meter is not recessed so does stick out a bit. I think the meter belongs to the gas company hence it might not be able to be recessed. You must be close to your handover date now? Close as in M give us a date they are targeting, then not only fail to fix any of the issue we've been calling out but we manage to find 20/30 more.... yeah we're close! I was actually asking about the external rinnia gas water heater, a photo would be great. Agree the gas meter isn't recessed. Cheers Build thread: http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78995 Oh yeah our handover took 2 months to eventuate. Hang in there it will happen soon. Just make sure they fix all issues before handover. We had an option to recess the HWS unit but didn't go ahead bc we were concerned if we planned to change or upgrade the unit in the future it might not fit... also we didn't know we can install a second HWS to split the hot water (1 for each floor) which is more ideal for hot water supply. [/quote] We got two hws with our build it's awesome can have all 5 showers going at once and not problem Our Nolan http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 23p1516376 Hi, First of all, thank you to this community for sharing your thoughts and opinions.
