Basically a 75mm thick foam sandwitch. Of course there is the usual 12mm render on all surfaces so more durable than people think. Using my LG-G4 to bring you this update. Earth wool+bonded foil? Yep, it's that stuff (called Insulbreak), about 6.5mm thick. To be installed pretty much everywhere.
