The Manhattan and Bolero that most of the volume builders include in their packages are an HDF base, with a printed surface... Usually very well wearing, and scratch resistant. Engineered Timber laminates are a timber base with a 3-4 veneer of the finishing material on top, such as spotted gum, oak, etc... Most of the volume builders use the Timbertop product... But the third party inspector found few more issues which are important but not serious. I should thank Housepect inspectors who were very helpful during all the stages. Otherwise we are happy with the house and will be waiting for the issue to be rectified.
