If they are costed that well then they're most likely have to be sealed afterwards and that is another cost to factor in. I was thinking about getting them to fix this but it actually looks betterat 120! and at the end most of the time I will be using the Phone App as a remote control. I tried using it at that Height and I was not really bothered so I think am gonna leave it as is. Plumbing completed! Sorry about ceiling. I think I saw u leaving your house in the evening.. Have they indicated how far to go ? Honestly, I dont know. They said around 1-2 weeks for PCI and around 2 weeks for keys. Iam assuming the second 2 weeks is in case if there are issues to be fixed. However, Ive been keeping a close eye on things and addressing issues as they arise. So am hoping that there wont me anything to fix at PCI! Re: Building with Blueprint, Landsdale 71Mar 06, 2016 1:01 pm PCI booked for the 10th of March! I have to say our CLO & SS are fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They made certain arrangements so I get my keys as early as possible for my tiler to start on the 17th( I hope it works out!). The initial PCI date was the 17th but they brought it forward. Fingers crossed we will be good for that day. Re: Building with Blueprint in Strathwick estate, Landsdale 73Mar 06, 2016 4:13 pm Great point that did not come across my mind. I did confirm with the sales lady who said they are "nano sealed". She said I should not worry about another seal for the daily use. Applying a sealer however can cost just under 5 AUD per sqm and can be DIY. We really liked the tiles so we went with them. 25.50 AUD per SQM, cant really go wrong! I also got a tiler who should start in 10 days. He quoted 50 AUD incl adhesive. He also uses a leveling system which gives a more superior finish without screeding. jpmontoya Congrats riverrock. Exciting time starting now for you Thanks mate Fingers crossed I get the keys on time Re: Building with Blueprint, Landsdale 75Mar 06, 2016 5:34 pm jpmontoya Haha it is just the start of the next phase did you have to get the valuation again ? Seems like banks are playing with lots of properties south of river not sure how north is, so just curious. My understanding is that valuation is always a routine before the handover once you have signed the final payment release request. I hope its not going to be an issue Re: Building with Blueprint, Landsdale 77Mar 17, 2016 11:38 pm We got the keys yesterday! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ There were few issues mainly with painting of the doors and ceilings that were not rectified yet and a couple of tiles and pavers that needed to be changed. Unfortunately we had to rush to get the keys so we can get our tiler in. He started today and he is almost finished with the living area! This is almost 2 hours after he started. My painter should follow the tiler straight away. We also went to Masters today and found a beautiful crystal pendant for the dining area. They had a 40% deal on lighting so it was a bargain. It does not look like you are far away as well! One thing I would recommend is check on the painter as soon as he is done. He has been to my place twice and still the job is way beyond standard. He still have to come back. One of the doors had his finger print! Re: Building with Blueprint, Landsdale 80Mar 17, 2016 11:52 pm Oh ok, cool will make sure and check it all.
