Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 61Mar 08, 2016 9:16 pm @HDRider: I do not think you need to pay anything for Section 94 contributions. By the way check your subdivision plan (which your conveyancer or solicitor should have) regarding easements on either side of your lot because widths of 12.5m or less are more likely to be have an easement on either side of the lot. Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 62Mar 08, 2016 9:26 pm @kaycee: thanks, I have checked with land sales team, I don't have section 94 contribution on land. Plus have to leave 0.9 meter both sides. Got another question, everyone have built on H class slab, or anyone used M class.? Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 65Mar 26, 2016 12:52 pm @HDRider: Click here for online reviews on New Living Homes. You can also click here to view another NLH thread. If you are looking for reasonably priced double storey houses why not consider New Edge Homes, which is also part of the Masterton Group like New Living Homes. Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 67May 06, 2016 7:44 pm Hey everyone. I've created a new Facebook group for people building in Schofields. There are so many new developments going on, I thought it would be nice to get everyone in one "room" so to speak, to share experiences and ask questions etc. I'll copy and paste this message in to the several Schofields build threads on this forum, to try and get a lot of people involved. Apart from new residents, it is also obviously open to current residents of Schofields. The URL is https://www.facebook.com/groups/1670810913184641/ - The group is called "The Schofields Local". Hope to see you there. Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 68Jun 13, 2016 8:35 pm Hi, Anyone from vopi street here? Or did you do your own testing to find out??? Which builder did you go with?? Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 75Jun 28, 2016 7:41 pm Alexright62 Also I am thinking of starting a WhatsApp group for gardene owners. Let me know if anyone else is interested, pm me name, lot no and Mobile number. Hi alexright62, Have you started this whatsapp group? Do you know anyone who has bought in the first phase on alexavenue. I bought lot 48 and interested to know my neighbours....Also interested in the OB contact details... Thanks!! Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 77Jun 28, 2016 7:51 pm bradles Hey Gfernz, no the developer didn't provide anything. The soil report was done with our builder Elderton. Hmm interesting. Which lot are you building on? It's included in my tender but just trying to see if we can avoid it if the soil is not saline. We bought land in Tallawong Schofields NSW size 30m X 12.5m and planning to get double story house build around 350 sqm. We are thinking about having premium inclusions… 0 4041 No idea about the driveway question, but your price for a house that size including landscaping seems very good! 1 6127 In NSW the maximum deposit for building work is 5% until the builder provides HBCF insurance 1 4785 |
