Think I picked the right colour with this one. NHP went ok. We had Michael and he was good. He picked up a couple of things that we missed. Still a few things to be fixed so no keys yet. Glad we had independent inspector, not that there was anything major. viewtopic.php?t=78112 Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 383Feb 19, 2016 7:58 pm That's alright. Do they recon another 1 - 2 weeks? Who'd you end up using for your inspection? Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 384Feb 19, 2016 8:05 pm Not sure how long as haven't spoken to SS yet. We'll be putting the pressure on for just 1 week. We used New home inspections. viewtopic.php?t=78112 Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 386Apr 05, 2016 3:21 pm Narrewarren01 Hey guys any updates since last time Sorry, it's been so busy! We got the keys on 26th feb, flooring & drive was done the next week and we started moving in on 4th March. Wow it was hard work but all worth it. We then went camping for Easter, was hard leaving our beautiful house but so nice to come back to it. Loving the house, so happy with it. viewtopic.php?t=78112 Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 388Apr 05, 2016 3:23 pm Second that! Photos please! I saw you left the shirts off, was that on the carpet areas down stairs as well? Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 395Apr 06, 2016 7:22 am That floor looks a lot like the Balinese oak we were going to get. Wish we did now looks so good. How hard is moving with three kids nearly drove me crazy Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 396Apr 06, 2016 2:28 pm Thanks everyone. Floors are Engineered rustic oak, colour is called Orlando. Actually looks a little darker in the photos. Left the skirts off only where we were having floor boards, so study and theater has them on. That's on the to do list to instal them, although that list is long! viewtopic.php?t=78112 Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 397May 23, 2016 7:39 pm Hows the house coming along Conifers? We are loving the house, having all the space is amazing. Slowly working on all the jobs, of which there are many. We have part of the deck done and the pool fencing is complete, which is a relief as time was running out for the permit. Haven't done anything out the front apart from the drive, so that might be the next project. I'll clean up and get some photos. viewtopic.php?t=78112 Re: MainVue Emporio ER432 Ultima 399Nov 01, 2016 1:02 pm Quote: Conifers I have been reading few posts and learnt a lot, so I thought I would start my own too. You probably should check with your builder, as each would be different, I think with ours if the pool was within 3 meters of the house then it had to have the void cover. Our cover was included and done by the guy who installed the pool. But I think they are around $1,000 (although you could do it a lot cheaper, as it was just sheets of tin nailed to timber that was bolted down.) viewtopic.php?t=78112 |
