Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 23, 2015 3:03 pm At what stage should I send 'fencing notice' to the neighbours regarding the shared cost for good neighbour fencing? LEFT: House likely to finish building before mine RIGHT: Empty lot. Have postal address of owners buy they have not gone to settlement as yet. I'm currently on the second to last stage of my build (second fix) Re: Fencing for new house 2Jun 23, 2015 3:38 pm Don't quote me, but I believe you can't ask for their half of the payment until they have finished building. Hrmmm I was told by the land agent that I should still serve the notice (to protect myself under the fencing act) but the neighbour of the empty lot wouldn't pay until after they own the lot (land settlement) . Any further thoughts? Need to remove glass panel out of concrete without wrecking the glass to get the spa room in, any recommendations on how to do that. Thank you 0 39049 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6172 Yes well there solution is to blame everyone else while I a 65yr old woman with major medical problems have to just continue to boil water and wash myself in a bucket… 2 16019 |
