I stand corrected as it was only in my soil report and Feature Survey report that had the Low BAL rating but that is yet to be confirmed as applicable. I was expecting 12.5 BAL rating anyway and have paid $4500 for this in an upgrade package. Yes it had a house on it. But Melbourne water only wanted something the original size of the existing house.
