Vanities will be lower if you have an above mount sink. Mine was lowered due to this fact.

Seriously sometimes Metricon are so random... Can do something, can't do something. I think it's just luck of the draw sometimes.

Mine were but they reduced it cause they said it would be really high. My kid will have trouble reaching as it is and given I'm 160cm and my husband is a head taller I let it go although could have raised it back, seeing as we aren't the tallest bunch of people.

are you sure 36k?
It will be a straight staircase building Bentleigh similar to Merricks.

Was quoted 17k for the one i have attached. Thought this will be a bit more cheaper considering its not timber all the way.

Yes I am sure.
The staircase is from the Doulton that I have signed contracts for.
I said I wanted the same staircase with the scroll balustrade not the ones in the display(no cost upgrade)

Is there a difference?
My plans have always said designer. Never queried the salesperson as why the house said signature, but my plan said designer.
Either way the design of the house is going beyond the display homes signature design.

no..
they were a no cost upgrade.
I just said I wanted the balustrade to be similar to the Bordeaux 56A.(or close enough)
The ones I got are not exactly the same as the Bordeaux as their balusters are more intricate.

yes the allowance for the upgrade was 15460 plus the standard stairs cost of 20515 = 35975 as the quote listed above

Cos it seems you have an allowance in there. In your contract does it have a charge for your stairs the baluster?

I just payed just over $6000 for the baluster. I got told stair price was included in the base price.

Hi all

We got told at our kitchen appointment that for floating vanities, we can have only 240mm high from the floor if we want to have functional drawers and cupboards. Is this the case for everyone?.
I thought I have seen in this forum bit higher that that with drawers. Has any one got higher than this?

I am not sure that the gap from the floor is in our one but we have raised all of our vanities to 850mm
