Building with Metricon

The frameless glass pool fence is about $450-500 per l/m. Tapatalk
I got a good deal from Sunline... From memory it was $400 a meter??
Damn driveways look cheaper
Yep, appears to be colour on (painted then sealed) instead of colour through (colour is a pigment added to the concrete before pouring).
Hey sorry another question for M experts. Did your admin requests that you put a sign board up on your empty land to show which land is yours?! Our estate doesn't put up sign boards that says sold and lot number but all other builders don't seem to have any issues at all...m
Haha that's a good idea! You don't want M to build in the incorrect location

I drove past my lot on the weekend (we are still in pre-construction) and the gutter has the lot number spray painted (badly!) - may not be from M, but a good idea I reckon!

I mean it's just weird, other builders don't seem to have issues locating the survey pegs and using that as a reference.
Does M normally request their clients to do that or is it because my SIL has been on their backs that they are making things harder for her...
We're on our second build and not once they requested this so just assumed it's odd.

I think that's odd! We were never asked to put up a sign or anything else... very strange I think

We are going to sell our house once it's complete and landscaped as I'm separating from my husband, but it's an outcome we're both happy with.
Had our PCI on Wednesday and will post some photos for you all, also had a private inspector go through yesterday - so all going well hope to have handover in a few weeks
