I've got the list; is there a particular colour you want to know about?
In terms of the greys, Urban is Cat 2, Clamshell, Oyster, Sleek concrete and Raw concrete at Cat 3.

Like Alpine Mist but is Cat 5 and looking to see if we like something from a lower category. Thanks in advance. I've got the list; is there a particular colour you want to know about? What's the $13k roughly made up of, if you dont mind me asking? Our electrical budget is way under this as well and Im wondering if I've been unrealistic as well or just differences in things we want to upgrade? Re: Building with Metricon 5224May 04, 2017 8:42 pm 2 storey, only downlights downstairs, a few power point upgrades, 4-5 data cable runs, 2 external lights and 7 external junction boxes, all exhaust fans to laundry, toilets, powder and bathrooms... Don't forget with electrical you pay for the wiring, and then the fitting at the end of it as a separate item Our Bayside KDR Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78298 Re: Building with Metricon 5225May 04, 2017 8:58 pm Drew01 2 storey, only downlights downstairs, a few power point upgrades, 4-5 data cable runs, 2 external lights and 7 external junction boxes, all exhaust fans to laundry, toilets, powder and bathrooms... I'll just make sure I'm sitting down on the day they give me the total figure Re: Building with Metricon 5226May 04, 2017 9:49 pm Drew01 Wow, what a day... Glad they let you change the externals after doing the internals. I think the order in which you do your selections will affect choices and budget. Hopefully it will look ok Metricon Liberty 45, Ryde NSW http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=82846 thanks - we think we'll be happy our choices - we have been through the process before, but it's never easy - the colour I was most unsure about was the Walnut finish for the upper cabinets in the kitchen, but having seen it in a finished cabinet in the showroom I'm happy with the grain pattern, and the fact that there isn't a terribly obvious repeat pattern in it. It will also offer a nice match to our Spotted Gum flooring There's a fairly standard policy within the M business that allows you to change selections within 5 business days of first making them. I think this is two-fold - 1, so you can alter your choices to fit to your budget should other choices have a large impact. 2, to ensure they have enough time to modify their cost models to best suit your build/project deliverable. The main reason we switched bricks is that we have a couple of quite large trees on the block that the council is making noises we may not get approval to remove, which would leave a LOT of dark areas around the home, and having a dark brick like Moonshadow would have made things that much darker again. It also impacts our spend a little, as Glenfern is a lower category brick, but still has a smooth finish, so will remain clean, and not be a dust/cobweb magnet like a Cat 1 rough finish brick would be. Re: Building with Metricon 5231May 05, 2017 7:55 am Drew01 Did electrical last week, and yet to do tiles... We tried to keep everything nice and simple and classy... Budget has been blown to bits, so we're currently pricing flooring and carpet outside. We were promised by our sales guy no beading or expansion joins in laminate, yet the flooring lady said that'd not possible. Few other small things we're rather p'd off about, but can live with... A couple of larger items we need fixed before we'll be happy to go full steam ahead We have got no scotia beading on our laminate. Push them hard, they were reluctant to offer it until I really pushed. They charge approximately $2k extra to do it, and it is a "standard" optional extra (as in not a manual variation). I will find our contract and take a picture of the item for you. Looks like I will probably be sticking with Alpine Mist. Our kitchen island is Cat 6, the rest of the house is either Cat 5 or 4.
