Re: Building with Metricon 7444Jul 05, 2018 11:58 am Thank goodness yours is plastic then. But then who’s to say they wouldn’t have installed it properly if it was copper. But I asked hubby he said we had a mixture copper and plastic in different areas. I did see it in a few places in the house. And the inspector shaking it in front of us. But there was no movement. Which amazed him. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: Building with Metricon 7449Jul 06, 2018 8:14 am emmyawards Renman excited_builders

Quick n maybe silly question is the floor of the wardrobes carpeted if we have chosen carpet...eg bedrooms n guest room etc?
Depends on your SM. I think mine did the skirts for the two rooms downstairs I planned to carpet but not the rest of the rooms. Re: Building with Metricon 7452Jul 07, 2018 7:43 am Hi There We are just starting our KDR journey with Metricon (Hampshire 45) I was wondering what kind of site/slab costs and specification people have been charged by Metricon? We went down with custom build road so we have already had soil tests, structural drawings and engineering done on a similar floor plan. Unfortunately builders are charging an arm and a leg these days for basic house builds. But we do have an idea of what our slab and site costs should be. We are in inner N/W melbourne suburbs so we are on P class H2 soil. We had quotes for a stiffened raft slab and M's initial estimates are way over... Hope you can assist Cheers Mick Re: Building with Metricon 7453Jul 07, 2018 7:56 am mickym Hi There We are just starting our KDR journey with Metricon (Hampshire 45) I was wondering what kind of site/slab costs and specification people have been charged by Metricon?
