Anywhere from $250 to $1500. I’ve had a paid a mixture depending on the type of changes. $250 for changing the aircon vents etc.

I think it depends on your site manager. Mine has been good so far, there has been a number of issues I have found along the way and hes fixing them all so far: 1. Front door handle at wrong height 2. Storm water in wrong location 3. Incorrect bathtub installed 4. Downlights not centred above kitchen island evenly 5. Last minute change to grout colour 6. Shower height incorrect (in process of being resolved - large job as its already fully tiled) 7. Wrong door installed to bedroom 8. Brick infill missing above stacker doors (big job to fix) 9. Extra downlights needed in butlers pantry due to location of roof truss preventing them being centred Re: Building with Metricon 6618Nov 11, 2017 5:13 pm Renman Drew01 LibertyNR I am thinking to apply a sealant or coating to the bathroom grout which may reduce the cleaning headache later on. Anyone has recommendations ? Most of the products seem just to waterproof... Crommelin have a sealant product available at Bunnings that I've used successfully in the past. Beaumont Tiles also recommend a different one, which I think is their in house brand Get Beaumont Tiles to upgrade to eproxy grout to reduce cleaning and no need to apply sealants post handover. My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t I agree - i have had mine done in ardex epoxy grout for the floors in the entire house. I didnt do it for the wall tiling in the bathroom which I now regret! Re: Building with Metricon 6619Nov 11, 2017 5:48 pm NthHome Renman Did you do the flooring with M or post?
