We have bought a land which is going to be registered in May-June. The developers haven't provided the site access for the valuators to carry out the valuation.
We took out a tender with one of the builders but are reluctant to sign the contract as we want to wait for the land valuation to be complete. This is to be on a safer side incase the valuation comes less than expected. The developer said that the valuators could be given access to the side in April.
I am unsure if we are doing the right thing or should we sign the contract with the builder.
Your suggestions/advise would be highly appreciated.
