Trend Connection Builder

Hi Everyone,

I recently paid a small deposit to secure a home and land package with the above builders. But upon searching for reviews I am unable to find anything at all! I find this a little disturbing and am worried about their quality and costs after reading the posts and seeing how costs can blow out and I am on a tight budget. I paid this deposit 3 weeks ago with the promise of getting a tender in the next week or so but all I have had is a redone plan which wasnt even right. The sales manager is very hard to get hold of and he keeps saying he is busy, I just dont know what to do, any help would be appreciated,

Since this post is about an year old, wondering how did it go with them? I am considering Trend Connection to build a new house, any feedback would be highly appreciated, thanks!

I pulled out as they were definitely suss, I heard they went bust so Im surprised to hear from you.

We are also building with trend connection. I haven't been able to find any reviews. I've been told our land should register next week

hi, just wondering how your experience with Trend Connection is going.
I'm looking into their Home and Land Package, but cannot find any reviews on their company. any info would be much appreciated. thanks

Hi, all is going well so far. Still waiting on developer approval, hoping to get started very soon. They are good with communication but can't really give you anymore info as We haven't started building yet

I haven't found a builder just yet, we've just started our search process, and there are a lot of homes built by Trend within our price range, I have never heard of them before, so thought I'd see if there were any good or not good comments.

Hey guys, I built with them back in 2014 and again end of last year. They're great with communication which was a massive thing for me as my friends that have built with other builders and say they don't hear from them for weeks, they don't provide updates etc. I have another investment coming up in with them August

I built my house with them back in 2013 in Oran Park, it was my first house so I had a tonne of questions and they held my hand throughout the whole way. Build quality is great, I haven't had any issues with the house and am proud to say that im building a investment property (house &granny) with them now (also oran park)!

Hi Ramsy, Trend Connection were wonderful, really helpful and informative the whole way. I have built three investments with them now and have had a different supervisor and customer service rep each time as I built in three different areas, but they have all been fantastic to work with. I'd highly recommend them :-D

Of all review platforms to seem bogus, product review is the hardest. I've built with Trend twice now and I can't even get product review to accept my review, you need to send them signed contracts and tenders as proof you built with them. It's all way to hard for me.
