I might check with my bank tomorrow when I find out about our final payment Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 763Aug 12, 2016 5:30 pm Thanks jelbell! Well we had our second PCI today, and they do still have a few things to finish painting, and do the final clean. But other than that we are on track for keys on Tuesday! Our SS said that CBA were doing the valuation today, so I'm assuming they will contact me once the Bank Cheque is ready to be collected! This is what is currently booked in: Driveway and sides of the house - Aggregate. Booked for the 25/8. Wardrobes to be installed - 5/9 Polished concrete to start 12/9 Skirting to be completed 20/9 I still have to book in the carpets and the blinds. The Hubby has made our side gate. I had an idea for something different and he made it for me, lucky he is pretty handy. I will post of photo of the work in progress. I am either going to get a painter in to seal the walls prior to the polished concrete or I am going to pay for a painter. I just don't know what to do!!!!!! Hubby wants to build a deck himself, and I have asked him to get q a quote for materials so I can decide if painting is in the budget and he hasn't done it yet. Grrrrrr! And my only other dilemma is whether to move in before or after flooring. Before, I save money, and after I save a headache!! Decision, Decisions! Oh, and I better organise insurance. Off to do that now...... Eeeeeek!!! So excited!!!!!!!!! Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 765Aug 12, 2016 5:43 pm Yay for the keys soon!!!! Beautiful gates, my wifey won't let me be handy......I wonder why?? Lol Re: K & L's HGWA Build Baldivis 767Aug 12, 2016 7:19 pm Great news. I love your gates....well done to your hubby!
