Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 09, 2015 10:23 pm Hey all! Handover scheduled for the 29th June (yay!) I have been on contact with a building inspector to check the house out prior to handover. I am just not sure if i need to get him there on the day of handover or for him to come say a few days prior so i have a list of things that he has found that can be agreed upon to be rectified at handover? Sorry for my ignorance. Re: Building inspector and Handover 2Jun 10, 2015 10:32 pm We had our inspector go in before handover/presentation so they could get things rectified prior to handover. I would send it to the certifier who is technically your representative and working on your behalf not the builder's 1 2264 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45547 Adam Baines Grad Cert Bldg Surv / Grad Dip Bldg Surv / MSAAPA Accredited Building Professional APB20210035 Builders Lic 183023 Pest Control Lic 84868 Ph 0412202336 PO… 3 46829 |
