Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 177Jul 30, 2016 9:56 pm Yep, all new estates in the urban sprawl area need to pay this ($900). We paid ours last week at Caroline Springs Library, then sent a copy of the receipt to our builder, which they need to attach to the building permit to prove the levy has been paid. Your building permit won't be approved without it being paid. Fingers crossed the permit approval goes through quickly so they can start the build. At least now we finally have movement after waiting for so long. Dave Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 178Aug 19, 2016 9:54 pm Aidos Anyone have land in stage 15?
