The ad says "land to be titled in January"... 2017 ?? Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 68Apr 04, 2016 11:14 am Hi Mit, That information is incorrect. Stage 8 went into titles office on 23rd March and titles office generally take between 2 -3 weeks. So the land should title either this week or the next week. Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 69Apr 05, 2016 11:20 pm Hi Matt I would like to know when is the title due date for stage 10 as informed by the sales office at the time you signing the contract with them? Thanks Rizi ![]() Hey guys, Visited Stage 10 and looks like some work has been done, I spoke to one of the guys at the Infinity Estate office and he advised me Stage 10 is waiting to sign off on the paperwork and aims to be completed by the end of this month (Not holding my breath though). We've advised our bank so they can do the evaluation of our land. Hope this new information helps. Thanks Rizi ![]() Hi! We were advised by our conveyancer that stage 9 titles will be delayed. Tentative release date will be in May. Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 71Apr 06, 2016 8:12 am Hi Rizi, Our conveyencer has received a letter to advise that Stage 8 & 10 are in the titles office, and it should be titled by the end of this month. (again, not holding my breath) When we put a deposit on the land, we were told approximately November 2015 :/ So it's been quite a delay. ![]() Hi Matt I would like to know when is the title due date for stage 10 as informed by the sales office at the time you signing the contract with them? Matt Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 72Apr 06, 2016 6:13 pm Hi Matt and Rizi, Titles office have taken 3 weeks in average for the past infinity stages. Going by that, the land should title by end of next week. We were informed Sep last year as titles dates but obviously its taken much longer than what it should have been. My estimation is settlement by end of this month. Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 73Apr 12, 2016 7:27 pm Hi, Has anyone been contacted by their conveyancer about the release of stage 8 & 10? Or have any new updates. I've been contacting land sales for weeks now and I'm always told different things. As of now, apparently both stage 8 & 10 are sitting in the titles office and letters should arrive any day now. Does that mean they could both possibly title at the same time? Or would there still be a long wait between the 2? Also, does anyone know roughly how long it usually takes for building permits to be approved by the council? Thanks. Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 74Apr 14, 2016 1:57 pm Hi mm93, Both the stages will title at the same time and there shouldn't be any lag between the two. Traditionally, the titles office has taken 3 weeks to issue titles and we completed 3 weeks yesterday.. So the land office is correct in saying that the titles could be issued any day.. 4 - 6 to get building permits is what I have been told. Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 76Apr 17, 2016 11:58 am Zeeshang r u getting ur info from land sales or somewhere else? Re: Infinity Estate - Plumpton, VIC 79Apr 26, 2016 8:02 pm Just got an update on stage 10 from our conveyancer. Stage 10 is still waiting for sign off from Power Cor but has apparently already been approved by the council. Conveyancer doesn't think 8 & 10 will title at the same time. Land sales has been telling me that stage 8 & 10 have both been sitting in the LTO for more than 3 weeks now and can both title any day now. Always thought that Power Cor would have to sign off before being lodged into the LTO. Or is what they're saying accurate.. Can it already be sitting in the LTO whilst still waiting for sign off from Power Cor? Does anyone know roughly how long power Cor could take for sign off? 0 22452 4 35138 ![]() Hi, For what it’s worth, best getting as many quotes as possible. Send out emails / phone calls..
