We've gone over the plans over and over again, visited the display homes several times and still not able to decide between these two plans.
The London 24: is from Porter Davis, 4 bed, 1 rumpus and study (we've extended the family room and ditched the alfresco)
Pros: nice and spacious with a large family room area which we really loved. The extended family room gives a very spacious look.
Cons: Didn't like the shape of the WIR in the master bedroom and would have preferred a simpler layout in the master bedroom (prefer the master bedroom of marina). Not enough linen space (will add a linen closet to remedy this). Not as big a kitchen as Marina. Smaller breakfast bar space.

The Marina Q1: is from Henley and is again a 4 bed but with 1 theater
Pros: Like the layout (bedrooms on one side and living on the other). Large kitchen area which I absolutely loved. Larger breakfast bar space. Lots of storage with walk in linen.
Cons: Living area doesn't seem as large as the London. The theater room is away from the main living area and we wonder if anyone will use the theater room?

So, we want to know what you guys think about these two plans? Which one would you prefer and why? Would you keep the living areas separate (Marina) or put them close together(London)?
