As for the roof, I'm not sure whether they are short of roof frame carpenter or roof tile laying trade. I did hear about the shortage. The roof frame was up super fast and the delay is caused by roof tile manufacturer this time around, Seriously, I didn't know that they only order stuff when they need it. You would think 8w brickwork is plenty of time for them to make their order. Anyway, they gave us an alternative and we took it so can only hope the roof tile laying team can start the work ASAP. SS told us that he has a team in mind when i asked few days ago. No more excuses for the delay since the alternative tiles will be delivered early next week. Oh...we have a major stuff up with wall insulation (if you look at my blog) so I am not sure how many other stuff they have missed and isn't visible to us anymore. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 24950 1 4733 |
