Our completion date is the 17th Sept, but we are hoping it will be before then ...

Re: How long until completion ?? 4Jun 02, 2015 9:38 pm I think it depends where you are, we are in Perth slab went down end of June 2014, lock up early April 2015 and PCI is in 2 weeks (3 months from lock up ). As Saint Mike said this stage feels soooo slow. Fingers crossed, hoping for 8 weeks max Re: How long until completion ?? 8Jun 08, 2015 9:25 am Our lockup was last week and our estimated date from the beginning was July 21, we are hoping they will still be on time... The mrs is pregnant and due sept 9, so we can't really afford for them to drag it out anymore! We are just getting the bare minimum done by the builders, no landscaping, no floors so are hoping that works to our advantage! Living with my parents at the moment so sooner rather than later would be great! Kitchen was delivered last Friday and is being installed on Wednesday so hopeful. I just wish the builders and or the site supervisor could be a bit more transparent and upfront. We have to book things like annual leave and book the date for our storage pod to arrive etc... And they give you 2 weeks notice before the PCI which isn't enough to book annual leave at work or anything like that. We can't plan our lives on 2 weeks notice. It's a disgrace. of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them.
