Yeah it's a full sized dropped ceiling but I think they forgot to put it in... The theater recess was done at framing stage but the kitchen still hasn't been done and the framers finished weeks ago. Hope it's not going to hold things up for the builder now.. so do you know if it's hard to add on now? Check it out carefully at PCI and your theatre ceiling especially for cracks.
