Builder is sending plasterer to "patch up" next week but it's going to continue for god knows how long as the render is contaminated and there is on-going plaster popping, so we have to put off painting and are currently sporting ugly yellow patchy walls from the sealer. Not that we have money to paint anyway but that needs to happen before we start assembling any furniture. Oh and hubby has to revamp our bedsides to match. Those stools are very cool!! You're kitchen is lovely and spacious. _______________________ KEYYYSSS!! ~ 14/10/15 viewtopic.php?t=72518 Our Build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72518 Re: Our first home with Summit - WIR pics!! 996Jan 28, 2016 11:08 pm Oh, I see, I hope they fix it up for you soon so you can start using your furniture. Thanks, love the kitchen size, certainly bigger than what I thought it would be from looking at the plans! Thanks, love the kitchen size, certainly bigger than what I thought it would be from looking at the plans! Our building journey viewtopic.php?f=31&t=77582 It's actually been an ongoing drama truth be told. Came close to contacting the building comission but we're too overwhelmed with several other things. But thank you I look forward to more pics of your beautiful home _______________________ KEYYYSSS!! ~ 14/10/15 viewtopic.php?t=72518 Our Build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72518 Re: Our first home with Summit - WIR pics!! 1000Jan 31, 2016 12:51 am Heya ourmansion! Stools look great! Nearly went for those myself but in black. The wood seat ties in beautifully with your floors. If the eaves are fixed first, the eaves line is about 250 mm below the top plate of wall frame. If the cladding ie hebel stops just under the eave line, then that means… 2 40435 I second taking your plans elsewhere. They're yours (unless you ended up in one of those cheaper arrangements where you don't own the rights and the build will be tendered… 2 23860 Thanks so much! The cladding is Nuline plus by BGC. I added this in as the options at Summit didn't have a classic weatherboard look. Glad I did, it looks really nice! 28 117843 |
