Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 27, 2008 12:49 pm In trying to organise something with my old CSR for the last couple of days and finaly managing to talk to them on the phone I find out that she's not my CSR any more.
I'm currently trying to contact my new CSR to introduce myself to her ! Is there something wrong with this picture Simon Re: Introducing Myself to my new CSR 2Jun 27, 2008 12:55 pm Simon, That's just wrong. I'll give M3tricon full points on this one. We were notified in writing and also by email when we changed CSR on the first house. On this house, our CSR finishes up this week and we have known that for a while and also who willl be looking after us at contract. Don't know if we've just been lucky and had conscientious staff or if it's company policy. But I've always felt like I've known what's going on.

My confidence in them has taken a bit of a blow with this. By the way - i'm still trying... nothing yet Simon Re: Introducing Myself to my new CSR 4Jun 27, 2008 1:04 pm The same thing happened to us when our cso left. Our build began a couple of weeks ago and we also had to call our site supervisor to introduce ourselved yesterday!! (we are building with Simonds) Re: Introducing Myself to my new CSR 5Jun 27, 2008 1:28 pm Same thing has happened to us (twice!). After the second time, I cracked it, as emails weren't being responded to. The next time the CSR changed (which I knew was going to happen, as it was a short term appointment), I got a letter in advance from the new person, which is what SHOULD happen everytime... I guess God didn't use subbies... A person needs to be licensed to offer financial advice. Surely the accountant you use would have been chosen for his/her expertise in this field. Have you asked your… 1 6683 Is there a building permit? RU in Victoria? What is the value of the building contract? 1 6807 |
