When you drive by, take a look at our window and the window in the wisdom home at the corner of tallaganda..if you like the look of the bigger one, may be ask them..they might not charge a variation..or speak with site supervisor first before ringing the office.. It has been going like clockwork with minimal days when no one is on site. Looking forward to seeing the tiling finished and grouted. Re: Our Alkira Olivia Hornsby Shire 184Nov 26, 2015 12:40 pm raina Somehow missed the notification on this..Walk through already..Great progress.. looked at your pictures and noticed that you have selected a bigger kitchen window (600 in height) and it looks good. I think we didn't pay much attention and ended up with a smaller on (400mm) and it looks like a small rectangular hole on a big wall.. Hi Raina, it's not the final walk through (I wish) it is just because they are fitting the acessories to the bathroom and the SS texted me to come out and meet the guy fitting. I think we were lucky with the window in the kitchen as we selected the 34.4 Olivia and altered by taking the things we liked out of the 38 so our kitchen is slightly different and actually slightly smaller. Re: Our Alkira Olivia Hornsby Shire 185Nov 28, 2015 7:07 am Visited the site yesterday and have uploaded some photos to our blog of the finished tiling in the bathrooms. Acessories were installed along with door handles. Yes I hope but I think will be so close but so far. I can't complain we have had virtually no downtime and appear well ahead of the schedule? Re: Our Alkira Olivia Hornsby Shire 189Dec 07, 2015 7:37 pm Wow they look good finnerz.. Nice choice with the tiles and yay for no downtime.. We have been lucky so far too with very little downtime and we are approaching lockup before the shutdown Alkira homes - Elyse15 Re: Our Alkira Olivia Hornsby Shire 190Dec 07, 2015 7:44 pm raina Wow they look good finnerz.. The finish by hebel guys was really good and we have had no issues so far. We are lucky interms of access being a corner block although i wish they leave a door open or so after lockup for us to sneak in (Sorry for hijacking your thread finnerz) Alkira homes - Elyse15 Re: Our Alkira Olivia Hornsby Shire 197Dec 09, 2015 1:50 pm RJMM_H1 Finnerz74 Thanks for sharing the pictures. We are a battleaxe block so we haven't had much of a view. No problem on the hijack I enjoy hearing about other Alkira builds. We got our slab approx 3 weeks ago. With only 1 week left of work for the year, i'm in no hurry for them to deliver the frames. At this rate, I'd prefer they just leave it til they start up again in Jan - frame doesn't take very long to get up anyway. Weather and exposed frames don't mix. of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23784 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23916 |
