Fingers crossed you'll have your first christmas in your beautiful new home!! Re: Simonds Avalon Adelaide 1062Dec 11, 2015 12:49 pm Awww thanks! CRC confirmed our PCI is 8.30 am ... Poor guy sent me info three times (twice wrong). He said he'd had a long day yesterday, then this morning tried fixing it all ... and was thinking about going home and coming back in again teehee. And your loves are beautiful. I would like to have one as well, when our house is finished and we have fence at the back. Owner Builders in boot-shaped Yorke Peninsula : viewtopic.php?f=38&t=80264& Re: Simonds Avalon Adelaide 1069Dec 14, 2015 11:45 am Well our PCI only took about 2.5 hours! Plus half hour of chit chat. Hardly anything on the list. One things being painting the kitchen overhead cupboard infills white! VERY VERY HAPPY. House looks great! Mr TC went over it with his checklist, asked lots of Qs so got some good information. We certainly got the A Team. Handover COULD be this week, depending on the pantry window being done (was meant to be a slider not fixed ... Can't believe we all missed that until the end -- we weren't sure coz we ummed and ahhed about it). And Boofy is home alone with Sid. Hope we don't get home to find WWIII underway with disgusting casualties. Sid's been asserting his dominance. Lucky Boofy is so good natured and passive. He's 2.5 times bigger and could shut him up if he wanted. Gorgeous looking dog - great temperament. They'll be good mates I'm sure Re: Simonds Avalon Adelaide 1073Dec 14, 2015 3:19 pm Such great news TC!! You deserve and smooth and clean PCI after all the dramas. So happy for you I love your dogs. Congrats on house and doggy x Custom build Northern NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72217 Re: Simonds Avalon Adelaide 1080Dec 15, 2015 3:41 am Was interesting exercise. Mr TC turns up with ladder and esky [inside: his inspection stuff, thermos of coffee, drinking water and six bananas - ready for a long day] and boldly declares he's doing the inspection on his own so he wouldn't be distracted. "It's probably going to be a long day so perhaps you should go away and come back later this afternoon" Im not sure if he'd heard that one before, but he took it with grace. Said he didnt mind, he's got no time constraints, would stay out of his way, but be there to answer any questions.
