We were about to sign the external colour selection for the render and cladding colours when we noticed that the window above the front door has been changed from this...... Builder changed plans 4May 04, 2015 12:53 pm Hi Groovecookie Basically the first sketch has a 2 storey void over the entry and large hi lite window over the door (Expensive frame) and the second sketch doesnt (Cheaper frame) What does your floor plan show, is there a void?... it could be an honest mistake by the builder and he is now correcting it?
