Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 30, 2015 1:03 pm Hi All I'm just at the beginning of my 'build a new home' journey. We have selected Mainvue (Henley) and settled on the Emporio 430 with the Ultima Facade. But that's about where the decisions stop and I would love your help as I'm struggling to visualise how it comes together, particularly with the exterior colours. Henley offer exterior colour schemes with an upgraded brick and I like the look of the Austral Biscotti, Truffle and Praline bricks (schemes #1,2 &4). Does anyone have photos of their facades that they are proud of (either put together yourself or chosen using the colour boards available) and willing to post so that I can start to visualise what the combos looks like. I'm hoping to narrow it down and then use an visualiser to lock it in. We are intending to go aluminium windows and colourbond roof. I like a dark roof (monument) but lighter windows (so not to stand out as much inside the house)...I think! Here's a pic of the ultima facade - we don't intend to render as much (I think this is the optioned up verison) and I want to keep costs down. Whilst I don't love the brick look (i.e. would prefer to render) I think I will be ok if it's a brick I like I'm also thinking of the back of the house, where it will be just brick and we will need to look at it while enjoying the backyard.... Tried to play with the facade models but the exact colour is not matching up. 2 3269 Hi, If you give a set of criteria as to what means 'good' to you, it'll give others prompts to respond.
