I've got Parchment White Gloss for our under bench cupboards/drawers. And a similar colour for overhead cupboards but a natural finish. We've also used this for the rear of our island bench. We chose self destruct as our splashback. Here's a couple of pics to give you an idea of what it looks like (without splashback).

Thanks for sending this through. Your house will look great with self destruct splash back. I have seen it and that's the feature to compliment your kitchen. Whereas i have gone for glossy seductive limba for overhead cupboards and that's our feature with light colour splash-back. I will update the name of splash-back next week when i will get it. i forgot to note it down.
Initially i was going for parchment for the rear of our island bench but now i am think to get the same seductive limba for the rear as well. Confused.
But, yes i think parchment looks more as white in sunlight. I actually changed to parchment from PUMICE which i initially selected.
