We currently have an old single level house that sits on the flat, rear part of the block. We are looking to do a KDR and bring the house forward to make more room in the backyard and to take advantage of the upslope to have 2 storeys at the front and 1 storey at the back to the level rear yard. A Tri-Level split with garage below and bedrooms above at the front and then living on the "mid" level to the rear yard is basically what we are after. There is not a huge amount of builders out there doing this sort of design. So far we have found Tullipan Homes (Keylargo), GJ Gardner (Seaview 321 Split), Huxley Homes (Princeton) and Montgomery Homes (Riviera 1).
